We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process simple and fair for our customers.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your service at any time by emailing us at support@ibinlawncare.ca or by contacting our team directly at 587-921-1249.

Monthly Service Programs

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payments for the current month are non-refundable once processed.
Any deposits or prepayments are non-refundable once charged.

Seasonal & Annual Programs

Deposits and payments for seasonal or annual lawn care programs are non-refundable once charged.
Your service will continue until the end of the paid term unless cancellation is requested before the renewal date.

One-Time Services

If the service has not yet been completed, we will issue a refund minus any non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable.
